Workspaces and teams
What a workspace is, how to invite colleagues and how to scope access.
A workspace is a separate environment with its own AI agents, knowledge bases and history. Personal plans have one workspace. Team plans have several, with separate access.
Inviting a colleague
- Open Settings → Team
- Click Invite and enter an email address
- Pick a role: viewer, editor, admin
- Your colleague receives an email with a link — once they sign up, they appear in the team
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Read chats and knowledge bases, but not edit them |
| Editor | Creates chats and agents, adds documents |
| Admin | Full control — team, billing, everything |
