SuperIntellect for desktop

The same chats, AI agents and models — in a window of their own instead of a browser tab. Notifications when an answer is ready, quick access from the Dock, and it keeps working after your laptop wakes up.

  • Its own window and Dock icon
  • Notifications when an answer or task is ready
  • Keeps working after your laptop sleeps
Beta · macOSVersion 0.1.1, October 3, 2026

Not sure which Mac you have? Open the Apple menu → About This Mac. If the Chip line says Apple M1, M2, M3 or M4, it’s Apple Silicon; if there’s a Processor line with Intel, pick the Intel build.

Updates in this version are manual: the app will tell you when a new version is out and open this page.

Opening it for the first time

The app is not yet signed with an Apple certificate, so macOS shows a warning on first launch and refuses to open it — on macOS 15 and later even right-click → Open doesn’t help. This is expected: the file comes from our download domain, it just lacks the paid Apple signature. Either of the two steps below lifts the block.

  1. 1

Open the downloaded .dmg and drag SuperIntellect.app into the Applications folder.

  2. 2

    Option 1 — a Terminal command

Open Terminal (Launchpad → Other → Terminal, or Spotlight search), paste the command and press Enter. It removes the “downloaded from the internet” flag from the app, after which it opens normally.

    xattr -d com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/SuperIntellect.app"
  3. 3

Option 2 — via System Settings

Try to open the app and dismiss the warning. Then open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to the message about the blocked app and click Open Anyway. Confirm with your password or Touch ID.

Windows and Linux — coming soon

Windows and Linux builds are in progress. On those systems SuperIntellect is available in the browser for now — same features, same account.

FAQ

How do I update the app?
Manually, in this version. When a new release is out, the app shows a notification and opens the download page. Download the new .dmg and drag the app into Applications, replacing the old one — your login and settings are kept.
Why does macOS warn me on launch?
The app is not yet signed with an Apple certificate, so the built-in macOS protection (Gatekeeper) flags it as coming from an unidentified developer. The file is served from our download domain, and the warning is lifted with the Terminal command or the Open Anyway button in System Settings — see the steps above.
Are my data and login the same as in the browser?
Yes. The app is the same SuperIntellect you open in the browser: one account, the same chats, agents, knowledge bases and neuron balance. Sign in the usual way and everything is there.
How do I uninstall it?
Drag SuperIntellect.app from Applications to the Trash. Chats and files live on the platform, not on your computer, so nothing is lost — after uninstalling, everything is still available in the browser.
When will Windows and Linux versions be available?
They are in progress. Until then, use SuperIntellect in the browser on Windows and Linux — it is the same product with no limitations. We will announce the builds in the changelog.
