Team roles and access control
Viewer / Editor / Admin — who can do what.
On Team plans you manage the team through Settings → Team. Every member is assigned one of three roles.
Roles

| Viewer | Read chats and knowledge bases | Create or edit anything |
| Editor | Create agents, chats and documents | Manage the team and billing |
