Subscription, renewal and cancellation

How a plan renews, how to change it, and how to cancel the subscription.

Renewal

A subscription renews automatically every month. If the linked card has insufficient funds, we retry the charge three more times over seven days.

Changing your plan

  1. Open Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Change plan”
  3. Pick the new plan — the price is recalculated pro rata
  4. Confirm the payment — the new neuron allowance is credited immediately

Cancelling a subscription

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Nothing changes until the end of the paid period — after that the account moves to Free.
