Plan neurons
They come with the subscription and expire when the billing cycle resets (about a month). They are spent first, so your purchased neurons last longer.
Purchased neurons
Packs, support bonuses, referral rewards, promo codes. Valid for 90 days from your last top-up, and every new one extends the term.

Common questions
No. Plan neurons expire at the cycle reset, purchased ones after 90 days. Neurons can't be handed back to the model providers, which is why they can't be refunded.
It applies to the referral program and promo codes only: 1 neuron = 3 ₽. If a friend buys Pack 1,000 for 3,000 ₽, you receive 50 neurons (5%).
Not implemented. Subscriptions renew automatically; one-off packs are bought manually.
